Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: This feature introduces Local Network Access permission prompts.
[Affects Firefox for Android]: Yes, but UI changes are still in progress for Android.
[Suggested wording]: To strengthen protection against attacks targeting local network services, Firefox now blocks local network requests by default and only allows them if the user grants access through a permission prompt.

Removing nightly relnote flag as this has been mentioned for the past three releases. :smayya is this only rolling out to 144 via nimbus? Asking in case we wanted to mention this in the production release notes.
