The config list in the account hub currently only uses the username of the first incoming config, and assumes that it's the same for the incoming alternatives. This is incorrect, as a username in an incoming alternative could be different. This is only a visual bug, as when an alternative config is chosen to move forward with, the actual username for that config is set.

Removing 140 blocker since Account Hub can be disabled for the old account setup and we're not planning to uplift fixes to ESR for this project
