1973136 - 'Move to non-private tab' option missing in three-dot menu

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Settings > Private browsing > Open links in a private tab.
2. Open a tab and navigate to any website in private browsing.
3. Open the three-dot menu.
4. Observe.

Expected behaviour

• The option 'Move to non-private tab' should be there.

Actual behaviour

• This is no longer there.

• Firefox version: 141.0a1-20250616214059
• Android device model: All devices
• Android OS version: All versions

Any additional information?

• See attached screenshot of the menu item that was there earlier this week.
• Regression from bug 1966493.

It isn't documented anywhere, but this was removed intentionally for it to be moved into a browser toolbar action.

I'm going to leave this bug open since there is nothing else to track the missing behaviour until the toolbar work is done - this can be converted into an enhancement at that point.

Attachment: Bug 1973136 - Select new tab before removing private one

This is to avoid a small visual flickers when re-implementing the
feature again in the menu. It also makes logical sense to select the
newly created tab first instead of removing the private one and
temporarily leaving the browser without a selected tab.
