Creating a midas iframe gives it a thin blinking caret, even though the iframe
doesn't have focus. Clicking in the iframe and then clicking somewhere else
makes the bogus caret go away.

I think I also saw this happen in the mail composition window, which has initial
focus on the To box (I saw a blinking caret in both the To box and the body).
Maybe it's a general regression?

this no longer seems to be a problem for me, using 2003.04.03 builds.
