Requirements for the 100% rollout in Fx144 excluded ESR. We will regroup in 2026 and decide if it makes sense to enable this feature in Fx152 the next version rollout for ESR users.

Bug 1967779 should happen even if we don't ship profiles to 152 ESR. The ProfilesDatastoreService will still need to be initialized even if profiles are disabled.
