In Bug 1820594, the import() will be resolved after a micro task is dispatched, but if the ChromeUtils.importESModule is called now, it will trigger assertion failure in the xpcshell test testSyncImportWhileAsyncImportTLA

So I plan to disable the test testSyncImportWhileAsyncImportTLA in bug 1820594, then we will see how to fix the assertion and the test case in this bug.
