It's non-compat for me on Desktop. I can't manage to make it work on Chrome even if I clear cache/data and go manually from homepage to sign in page (which worked in some cases on mobile). Not sure if its related to VPN since I cannot access the page without it. (tested with Express VPN - USA New Jersey 1)

We had a bunch of homedepot issues before, like bug 1897563. It turns out to be, at best, intermittent. maybe they're also just good at blocking VPNs and don't want you to sign in. Jesup, can you confirm that logging in from the US works fine if you don't use a VPN?

I see a bunch of reports in the new pipeline showing Akamai reference IDs...

Calin, does it still repro?

I still get the error on both Release and Nightly, it might be related to VPN.

I tried reproducing this in Android Release with a VPN to Chicago but couldn't. Calin can you still reproduce?

I don't know if this will be helpful or not but I'll share anyway.

I had (and reported) a similar issue on my PC (running Linux) after an hardware upgrade in October

Turned out the issue was due to the Kernel I was running not identifying the video chipset on the CPU correctly
Once I upgraded the kernel issue was resolved.

Seeing what Firefox sees as the devices "Graphics Processor" might be useful

I could still reproduce but it worked the 2nd time and tried a couple more times and it seemed to work fine, its not that bad as it used to be. Not sure if thats not a VPN issue but I can't confirm since I need VPN to access the page.
