[EWS] for newly created EWS accounts fccFolderURI and others are null

Steps to reproduce:

Create an EWS account
In the error console enter 'MailServices.accounts.accounts'
find the ews account
open property 'indentities' and the first identity
check the values for fccFolderURI, ​archivesFolderURI, draftsFolderURI and templatesFolderURI

Actual results:

all these values are 'null'
also, the acompaning ...FolderPickerMode are 'null'

Expected results:

The values should have their correct values
