1976047 - File link provider icons not visible

Description

STR:

1. Install a filelink provider
2. Create an account for it in Settings → Composition → Attachments

Expected result: The list item has the extension icon on the left

Actual result: no extension icon is shown.

I'm not sure yet when exactly this would've broken, but I don't think it's CSP related at least.

At this time I think the 140 family should be unaffected.
