Doing so should *not* cancel the download -- when the download manager window is open the download should continue normally after closing the properties window. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. In Navigator/Downloads preferences make sure that "Open the download manager" is selected. 2. Start a lengthy download 3. After the download manager opens, click on the active download 4. Click on the properties button in the download manager toolbar. 5. Close the download properties popup without clicking the Cancel button. 6. Observe that your download has been canceled. Actual Results: My download was cancelled. Expected Results: My download should have continued normally.
