Download and install a localised version of TB 140 ESR, for example Italian.
On first start, Sent and Drafts show in English, the problem fixes itself on the next start. This was observed on a POP3 account where Sent and Drafts are created on the fly. The on-the-fly creation uses English names.
Worked correctly in 128.
Running mozregression here is a bit tricky. It needs to be done on the l10n repo, cloning the new profile which doesn't have a drafts folder. Then, in every test, just create a new message and press Ctrl+S to save a draft.
Mozregression found:
https://hg-edge.mozilla.org/comm-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=abf8080ac80680ef8c1fb03c523fbd2b2fb9be27&tochange=0b6c34cbc5e01840b646aff1bcf60dbae5ac636b
So it's likely bug 1958106 since that modified the creation of drafts folders.

I'll fix this on Daily and let it ride the trains, but I won't fix it on ESR as it's a minor problem and much more complicated to fix there. We made some significant changes to folder naming in 141, that coincidentally make this a really easy fix for versions since 141.

This is a one-line addition but I've decided to use some better variable names nearby while I'm here.

Update a folder's name in the UI if its flags change. r=mkmelin
Downloaded Italian Daily, created new POP3 profile, saved a draft. Folder "Bozze" is created. Unfortunately the bug may cause some confusion on the ESR channel, especially for new users.
