Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Crash system while browsing (by RESET?) 2. Start Mozilla Actual Results: I started Mozilla and it showed me all preferences were lost. After this I closed Mozilla and looked at files. prefs.js was set to default (883 bytes length) prefs.bak was filled zero-bytes (0x00) (13,204 bytes length)! Expected Results: Keep preferences safely.
