Rust search component changes to support a visual search URL in the search config:

• Add a visual_search URL
• Let URLs have a display_name, which is useful when a URL corresponds to a brand name distinct from the engine's main brand name, for example "Google Lens" is Google's visual search brand name, and it needs to be shown in the UI
