Clic "Redactar" bottom and no answer is receipt

No action

Expected results:

The window New Message must be opened to write

Please set the account you want to use for sending as default in Account Settings ("Establecer como predeterminada"). If that helps, this is Bug 1956258.

Thank you Hartmut by your help. It was the problem; I don't have set the account as default because I have only one account and, until now Thunderbird was working perfectly.
