Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open 2 tabs,
    https://bug1977249.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=9500420 in tab [A]
    https://www.wikipedia.org/ in tab [B]
  2. Click on Tab [A] to switch tab
  3. Right click on Tab [B], and Choose Pin Tab
  4. Click on the pinned Tab [B]
  5. Observe text caret in the input field of the web page.
  6. Press [TAB] ley

Actual Results:
At step 5: The text caret disappears from the input field of the web page.
At step 6: Focus ring appears around the pinned Tab [B].

Expected Results:
At step 5: The text caret remains in the input field of the web page.
At step 6: Focus ring appears around language selector in the input field.
