STR:

  1. Enable "Homepage as a new tab" secret setting on latest Android Nightly 142.0a1.
  2. Create a new tab.

Expected:
Keyboard appears automatically like before.

Actual:
Keyboard does not appear when creating new tabs, have to manually tap address bar to get keyboard to show.

Unrelated to "Compose Homepage" setting.
