There seem to have no content for "popup" in the help

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1."Help" Menu -> "Help Content"
2.Search for "popup" in the search tab
3.Try to display the content of the 2 topics founded
4.Nothing is displayed

Actual Results:  
No contents for the help items.

Expected Results:  
Help should have contents.
Confirming with a current trunk CVS, Linux.
related/dup of bug 183754, which should probably be reopened.
help file content is documentation bug, not browser bug
