double clicking on the URL edit / dropdown box in the navigation toolbar should
absolutely with out a doubt select the entire text rather than just a single word.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. double click on the URL textbox in the navigation toolbar

a single word is selected (highlighted)

Expected Results:  
selected (highlighted) all text
