Using the "take screenshot" button, the file doesn't end in the set download folder

Steps to reproduce:

I have a custom folder set for downloaded files in Firefox settings (for example D:\downloads)

I Right click -> take screenshot and I take a screenshot

Actual results:

The screenshot file ends up in what's the default Firefox downloads folder (on windows C:\Users%username%\Downloads )

Expected results:

Screenshot should end up in the download folder I set in Firefox settings.
This was the behavior before this update.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Screenshots' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
