1979516 - Screenshot (ctrl shift s) feature does not abide download directory after upgrading to 141.0

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/138.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Take screenshot using ctrl+shift+s

Actual results:

When hitting the download button the image is saved to C:\Users\<username>\Downloads

Expected results:

When taking a screenshot (ctrl shift s) the image is supposed to be saved in the configured download directory.

After having upgraded to 141.0 it now will always save it to "C:\Users\<username>\Downloads" and not the user configured download directory.

When downloading other files like html, pdf etc. they are all correctly downloaded to the user configured download directory.

Furthermore there does not seem to be a way to specify the screenshot download directory.
