When a browser window is minimized to the taskbar, clicking on that entry on the
taskbar doesn't do anything (i.e. doesn't restore the window) until a couple of
seconds pass.  The delay also happens when doing a right-click to bring up the
popup menu; the menu comes up after a couple of seconds.  Did not see this
problem in Mozilla 1.2.1.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Minimize browser window to taskbar
2.Click on the corresponding entry on the taskbar.
3.

Actual Results:  
Delay or 2 to 3 seconds, then the window restored.

Expected Results:  
The window should have restored immediately.
