1981317 - Menu Bar > View has duplicate accelerator keys (T)

Steps to reproduce:

Clicked View on the Menu Bar > pressed T.

Actual results:

Toolbars was selected but didn't expand.

Expected results:

Toolbars should have expanded.

T is also the accelerator keys for Today Pane. Pressing T just rotates between the two options and doesn't expand either of them.

FWIW Even though in general accelerator keys are unique, but unlike shortcuts there is no requirement for them to be unique.
I'm sure there are other examples.
