Steps to reproduce:
I tried to open an eml file saved on a network location (UNC path) from windows explorer.
Actual results:
The file opened without displaying the contents (empty message)
Expected results:
The file should open, displaying its contents. This only happens once the file has been copied to the local drive.

Similar, but in my case the user profile is saved locally and only the eml file is opened via UNC path.

Does mail.allowed_unc_hosts not help in this case?
