The crash reporter will need some deeper changes to accommodate isolated processes (see bug 1969818 and bug 1710940).
This bug is to suppress the crash reporter in Fenix when in isolated process mode so that we can evaluate other aspects of the product.

Enabling isolated processes on Fenix are still in the early stages.
This bug suppresses the crash reporter on isolated processes to advance
the app past the crash it causes.
