1984338 - Add a way to share/send/copy all tabs urls from a given tab group

It would be nice to have a way to send (to your other devices)/copy all the tab urls on a given tab group

We discussed this in the sprint planning, and decided that we want to support copying all the links in a tab group via a new action in the Tab Groups context menu.

Tentative action: Copy %number of links% links in group
Tentative location: After Move group to new window and before Save and close group

Laura, when you have a chance, can you please weigh in here and recommend a string, and/or note any other consideration we should take into account? Thank you so much in advance!

Hi folks,
Noting two things:

• As Daniel's group is working on the public URL sharing experiment, once this patch and their patch lands, we'll be in the interim state with 2 new context menu items next to each other. I attached a screenshot of this state.
• As a long-term hedge against the cluttering menu, we'll move the Copy X links option behind the share button. Please see the associated Figma spec for more details and I'll connect a ticket for its implementation once I file it.

Daniel, Jared, no action required, just noting this for your visibility.

Ack — thanks for the heads-up on the interim two-item state. No concerns from the sharing side; consolidating Copy X links behind the share button makes sense. Clearing needinfo.
