After I create New Subfolder... it should appear in the Move to > Recent folder list

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In the left-hand folder pane, right-click on a local folder and choose New Subfolder... and created a new mail subfolder.
  2. Right-click on a message (either its line in the messages pane or the message view itself) and choose Move To > Recent or Copy To > Recent

Actual results:

The Recent folders submenu is unchanged.

Expected results:

I would expect the new subfolder to appear in the Recent list, as a minor quality-of-life improvement. Why else would I create a new mail subfolder if not to move messages to it?
