User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:142.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/142.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Updated Firefox to current version
2. Open firefox browser window
3. Open any website, occurs across variety of websites
4. Tried to click on bookmark button, settings button, history button

Actual results:

1. Intermittent issue, occurs in middle of browsing session. Unable to click on any of the toolbar buttons, for e.g. bookmark, settings, etc.
2. Issue present across all open tabs within browser window
3. Able to perform actions using mouse, such as selecting multiple browser tabs, right clicking with mouse, and adding to a new bookmarks folder
4. Closed browser window
5. Opened new browser window, opened new websites, toolbar buttons operational again

Expected results:

1. Should have been able to click on toolbar buttons to perform actions such as save bookmark, open Firefox settings, open browsing history etc.
