Per bug 1981464 comment 1 - "the currently implementation replies on video-pip, but they are experimenting with doc-pip as well."
I file this for the tracking purpose for now - when we are close to shipping the Document pip, we should contact them.
Note: I didn't add any webcompat:* keywords yet, as I don't think it fits. Feel free to help me with setting the right keywords.
