Details

(Keywords: dupeme, Whiteboard: [antivirus:McAfee])

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/139.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

When I receive an email with a PDF attachment, right-click the attachment, and select "Save As," it goes through the process of selecting a folder, but the file isn't saved when I select "Save." I have to open the attachment and save it from that dialog box.

Actual results:

When I receive an email with a PDF attachment, right-click the attachment, and select "Save As," it goes through the process of selecting a folder, but the file isn't saved when I select "Save."

Expected results:

The PDF file should have been saved in the selected folder.

Yes it is the same problem as bug 1978286 , thanks!
McAfee real time scanning caused the problem, when turning real time scanning off I can download attachments again.
Now I still like to find a better solution that turning off my real time virus scanner. Does anyone have an idea?
