1986161 - Add domain alignment

Hello,

Recently I added domain alignment in Fenix in bug 1812898. The feature consists of scrolling the urlbar to the end of the hostname if it doesn't fit on the screen. Since Firefox desktop can also be used on mobile devices (the various "Linux" tablets and phones like the PineTab and PinePhone), I believe that this feature should also be available in Firefox desktop.
