KB content update/ new content

Please summarize the request, emphasizing any user-facing changes. Include historical context or background information if it helps users understand the new features or changes. [REQUIRED]

We have updated the language of the checkboxes of the ETP Webcompat exceptions in Fx143. We no longer use baseline and convenience tiers. Instead, we use major website breakages and minor issues to represent these two tiers. They are easier for users to understand.

To reflect this change, we would like to update the section Web compatibility exception tiers. We propose changing the tier names to Major breakage and Minor issue, and updating their descriptions accordingly.

In addition, we would like to add a section for Fenix configuration. The article only has configuration steps for the Desktop. However, the feature is available on Fenix as well. So, we should have guidance for Fenix on the article.

Are the user-facing changes mentioned above for the production release, or is the feature/change experimental/ beta? (Production, Experimental or Beta) [REQUIRED]

Production

Are the new features or changes region-specific? Are they going to be released in a gradual rollout? [REQUIRED]

No

Please indicate if this is an on- or off-train release [REQUIRED]

Fx143

What is the anticipated release date? [REQUIRED]

Fx143 release date.

Does the content need to be published prior to the release date? If so, when? [REQUIRED]

No

Does the content need to be localized in any languages outside of EN-US? If yes, please indicate which languages. [REQUIRED]

Yes, please. All possible languages - this is a global feature.

Please include any related JIRA/Github/Bugzilla tickets, documentation, demos or practical use cases. [REQUIRED]

Please include links to any design assets, visuals, figma files, etc. [REQUIRED]

Please add instructions for testing that will enable us to replicate the expected product behavior. [REQUIRED]

For Fenix configuration

  1. Open Settings on Firefox for Android
  2. Scroll down to the Enhanced Tracking Protection and click it
  3. Select Strict or Custom.
  4. The two checkboxes will appear for users to configure their ETP Webcompat exception.

Does the content need approval before publishing? If yes, identify the one approver responsible for this task.

Note: Minor changes such as string updates are directly handled in SUMO, and will not lead to the generation of a pre-publishing draft. [REQUIRED]

No

As of 9/9, this update is under Admin Mode, here.

Thanks for the new content, it looks great. However, I've noticed that the screenshot of the Desktop UI is outdated. I wonder if we could fix that in this bug?
