Expected to work as of bug 1923764.
That bug (duped to bug 1923961, closed in v141) didn't entirely fix this. In current Nightly, with layout.css.anchor-positioning.enabled set to true, we pass 6 subtests and fail 10.
(With the pref off, we fail all 16 subtests.)
