This commit migrates the FocusDialog composable and its related components (FocusDialogButton, FocusDialogTextInput) from Material Design 2 to Material Design 3.
Not that the height of the dialog is increased due to new defaults that cannot be changed.

For QA: please test the rename topsites dialog looks and behave as expected. Not that it is expected to have increased in size but the rounded corners should remain the same.

Verified as fixed on the Focus for Android Nightly 145.0a1 from 9/24 using a Pixel 6 (Android 16), and a Samsung Galaxy S24 (Android 15).
