198957 - Cookie sites not remembered for sites beginning with "."

When selecting "Use my choice for all cookies from this site", for sites
beginning with ".", such as ".go.com", mozilla doesn't remember the choice when
deny is selected.  The domain for the cookies in "details" is .go.com.  Also,
the domain .go.com is not listed under cookie sites, but some other names that
don't begin with "." from the .go.com domain are.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Under cookie preferences, select "Ask me before storing a cookie"
2. (may not have to do) Clear out all cookies and all cookie sites
3. Go to www.espn.com
4. When the cookie popup comes up, select "Use my choice for all cookies from
this site"
5. Click Deny
Actual Results:  
Deny choice not remembered- same window keeps coming up.

Expected Results:  
Stop asking about the same site over and over again.
