Using KDE, ALT+TAb lets you change the active window. With 1.3, and not with any
prior version of mozilla, mozilla does not seem to notice the change. I can
Alt+Tab to the browser from the mail reader and Ctrl+T will not bring up a new
tab but will refresh the mail.

I've seen similar problems with pgUp/pgDown going to the wrong windows after a
switch between browser windows.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.From Mail reader, alt+tab to browser
2.ctrl+T
3.See who gets it.

Actual Results:
Mail reader refreshes list of email

Expected Results:
Browser should have opened a new tab

Does alt+tab in KDE raise the window or focus it? I'm not sure how we could get
events for another focused toplevel window even if we wanted to.
This seems to work correctly for me, using a trunk build of firefox from
20041107. Judd, is this still an issue for you?

See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=230097 for analysis of Moz
keyboard focus issues
It is quite likely this is a dup of 230097.

Also, Moz.org recommends Mozilla, not firefox, for large enterprise customers.
It is therefor not sufficient to test with firefox.

Sun is one such large enterprise customer (I currently work there) and the
problem is quite evident in the current official build of mozilla (1.4). I've
reported this to Sun's internal mozilla team who presumably will report it to
y'all.

In any case, it seems to no longer be an issue in KDE with firefox. At least
for me. :-)
