For some reason account hub has re-introduced more XUL, even if the old account setup used pure HTML.

This should be addressed. No reason to use XUL and introduce more technical debt when clearly it was possible to do in HTML.

The reason we ended up using the XUL controls was that the selects were misbehaving (no events, bad initialization etc.).
