Create a content section for autostart preferences ('Turn on VPN automatically') in the Firefox VPN section at about:settings. We need to create a custom lit component, ipprotection-settings, and include a heading, a checkbox for autostart, and a checkbox for autostart in private browsing. These checkboxes should toggle the respective prefs for autostart (browser.ipProtection.autoStartEnabled) and autostart in private browsing (yet to be defined at this point).
