Someone got backed out after a greenish trypush which didn't even run the tests the patch was changing.

This is really demotivating for the people involved and wastes a bunch of time and money and energy.

Actually this isn't a duplicate of bug 1815618 after all, the ML model selected browser/base/content/test/siteIdentity/browser.toml with 99% confidence.
There must be another reason why it wasn't scheduled in the end.
