1993849 - "New Account"/"New Calendar"/"New Addressbook" should be called "Add Account"/"Add Calendar"/"Add Addressbook" to match Calendar

Steps to reproduce:

Attempt to add an account

Actual results:

Search for Add account setting but did not find one. There is New account but I already have an email account which I want to add to Thunderbird.

Expected results:

The action to add and account is called "New Account". This is a misnomer at might lead the user to believe to create a new mail box which is not what them wants. The action new account is distinctly different from add account. A user interface should reflect that.

It's the same for the calendar and addressbook buttons. I would agree Add seems better.

New > ... flows from the File menu.
Further downside, we'd need to change account manager. and probably need to change documentation in quite a few places.

For the traditional menu, I think New | .... is fine.
It's far worse for App Menu though, as that has "New Account" which I don't people can relate to. It's really Account Setup.

Redirecting the NI to Laurel since this is more a design identity decision that should be consistent across all of our products.

The new account hub is already mitigating a lot this problem by using the proper "Add Account" naming convention.
We currently only have a couple of labels in the applications that should be updated for consistency.
I'll take care of this.

The new Account Hub is using consistent wording of "adding" an account.
This patch takes care of changing a few strings for those exposed buttons and menuitems for account creation.
