Steps to reproduce:

In Thunderbird create a new Task.
Setting the Due Date to one hour in future.
Setting the Reminder to 15 Minutes before.
Save the task.
Close Thunderbird.
After two hours open Thinderbird.

Actual results:

No Reminder is appearing. Bug,

Expected results:

The Reminder should appear.
Some time agoo the Reminder was correctly checked after starting Thunderbird.
The same bug accurs, when a reminder is postponed and Thunderbird is closed before the postponed reminder is due. This case occurs more often, but takes more time to reproduce:
Due Date: one month in future. Reminder 1 Week before.
Postpone the reminder for 1 day.
Close Thunderbird. Next morning: Start Thunderbird
The postponed reminder is not coming anymore.

The bug occurs not anymore after the latest Windows 11-Update.
Must have been a Windows bug.
