Steps to reproduce:
I start to write an email
I can see my signature (HTML file) to be included in the bottom of the email
Once I start writing the subject line or body of the email, the signature dissapears leaving the email body empty
Expected results:
THe email signature should stay in place and be part odf the email

Maybe you accidentally changed to an identity that doesn't have a signature set?
Also try Help | Troubleshoot mode

Hello,
I have tested this issue and couldn’t reproduce it.
I have tested on TB 145.0(20251112194829) and TB 140.5.0esr(20251108022659)on macOS Sequoia 15.7.1.
I have configured multiple accounts in Tb (IMAP and POP), set up a signatures(HTML) for each one, and compose a new message, i have entered a subject observed the behaviour, entered body observed the behaviour and the signature did not dissapeared. Also tried in Troubleshoot mode and couldn't reproduce it.
