Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load a PDF.
  2. Highlight a text in the PDF.
  3. Click the "Comment" button for the highlighted text.
  4. Open the context menu in the "Add comment" box.

Expected result:
The 'Undo', 'Redo', 'Copy', 'Cut', 'Paste', and 'Delete' options in the context menu should not be displayed twice.

Actual result:
The context menu displays duplicate options when opened from the "Add Comment" dialog: Undo, Redo, Copy, Cut, Paste, and Delete. Please see the screenshot.

I can confirm this fix in Nightly v146.0a1 from 2028-10-24 and Beta v145.0b6 (treeherder builds). The fix was verified in Windows 10, MacOS 14.7.1 and Ubuntu 22. The duplicated context menu options are no longer displayed.
