In bug 1997357 we are upgrading JSDoc to the latest versions. The 60.8.0 release raises more issues in various files. To enable the upgrade to go ahead, we are temporarily disabling the jsdoc/valid-types rule on those files.

Once it lands, I'll file blocking bugs to get the components updated.
