Nightly 146.0a1

Tested platforms:
Affected platforms: Windows 10 and Windows 11

Preconditions:
Make sure the desktop has write restrictions: Right-click on the Desktop and open "Properties", go to the Security tab, click on the Edit button, and check the "Deny" checkbox for 'Write' and save.
A switching profile has already been created.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the about:editprofile page in the profile created in the preconditions.
  2. Click the 'Create a desktop shortcut' toggle.

Expected result:
The "Create desktop shortcut" toggle should not be clickable, and displaying a warning message may be helpful.

Actual result:
The "Create desktop shortcut" toggle appears to be clickable(the blue color is displayed on the toggle for a few seconds). Please see the recording.

This is not a regression.
