1998014 - TB with Yahoo Accounts generates error "Edge: Too Many Requests"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start TB
2. Get Messages

Actual results:

TB opened browser-like window with title: "Enter credentials for userid on imap.yahoo.com"
Beneath the title is a very long URL:https://login.yahoo.com/?src=thunderbird&client_id=dj0yJmk9NUtCTWFMNVpTaVJmJmQ9WVdrOVJ6UjVTa2xJTXpRbWNHbzlNQS0tJnM9Y29uc3VtZXJzZWNyZXQmeD0yYw--&crumb=FMqyi2Ezmhq&login_hint=Buyerkennedy%40frontiernet.net&redirect_uri=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost&pspid=954010027&activity=thunderbird-imap&done=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.login.yahoo.com%2Foauth2%2Fauthorize%3F.scrumb%3D0%26client_id%3Ddj0yJmk9NUtCTWFMNVpTaVJmJmQ9WVdrOVJ6UjVTa2xJTXpRbWNHbzlNQS0tJnM9Y29uc3VtZXJzZWNyZXQmeD0yYw--%26redirect_uri%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Flocalhost%26response_type%3Dcode%26scope%3Dmail-w

Beneath that is error message: "Edge: Too Many Requests"
If x out the window, it repeats three times and then stops. And, of course, has not connected with the Yahoo server.

Expected results:

I expected to have the email downloaded from the Yahoo server to TB, or, since I deleted the save Passwords during my trouble-shooting, to have it present a screen asking for userid and password.
