1999015 - "Edge: Too many requests error" related to Yahoo mail account

Steps to reproduce:

Scenario 1:

1. Open Thunderbird mail client
2. Click on the Yahoo mail account in question
3. Immediately see a window pop up with the error message in the Summary:
4. Click the error window to close it
5. The error window reappears at regular intervals, about every few minutes

Scenario 2:

1. Open Thunderbird mail client
   2a. Click on an email account (not the offending one)
   2b. Or, just do nothing; don't interact with Thunderbird at all
2. After about 1 minute, the error window appears
3. Click the error window to close it
4. The error window reappears at regular intervals, about every few minutes

Actual results:

Error window appears.
I cannot retrieve emails.

I must go to the web browser to see emails on the particular account on which the error occurs.

The error is only appearing on one of my Yahoo account.

Expected results:

No error window
No error
No problem retrieving or sending email messages
No trouble using that Yahoo account

This error just started occurring for me this past week.

I have NOT updated my Fedora Linux system in several weeks. Thus, the Thunderbird error cannot be the result of any OS platform changes.
