Details

Can't select IMAP type server; can't change server type in "account settings"
dialog. MacOS 9.
Yes, this is a duplicate of another bug.  You can try to workaround this by
using the down arrow key to make the selection.  It may not reflect back right
away, but pls give that a try.

this was fixed (again) today by blizzard, bug #14131
