On the tab note edit panel, there should be a back button when the user entered the panel from the "add note" or "edit note" buttons in the tab hover preview panel. It should return to the tab hover preview panel for that tab.
Note that this shouldn't appear if the user entered the tab note panel via the tab context menu.
