200025 - progress meter in Page Info

found using 2003.03.31 comm builds.

actually, there are two parts to this bug:

a. should there be a progress meter (status bar) in Page Info? i see it in the
modern theme, but so far i don't in the classic theme.

b. if there should be a progress meter in Page Info, it seems too tall. i'll
attach a screenshot soon.

to observe: open Page Info (accel+I), and notice that a progress meter displays
for short while in the General tab.

this is a dupe of bug 160694, where piersc puts it in a statusbar at the bottom
of the widow. This makes it smaller. I'd better check the classic theme before I
mark it so, however.

it's really weird that it doesn't show up in the classic theme. With those
changes, it shows up, but it's always empty (no barber pole)

the url shows the same problem, so I would have to say it's not a problem
specifically with page info. It appears that class does everything but display
the animated background image.

unless, that is, there are examples of indeterminate progress meters in mozilla
that do work in the classic theme.
