2000409 - Nested menus weren't shown in popups

Steps to reproduce:

I ran Firefox 147.0a1 20251115204042 on Wayland in Plasma 6.5.2 in a Fedora 43 KDE installation. I had previously enabled the menu bar. I clicked on Bookmarks, View, Tools, and History menus in the menu bar. I selected items in those menus which have nested menus. I right-clicked on sites to open the context menu and hovered or selected items with nested menus in them.

Actual results:

Nested menus weren't shown in popups in menus in the menu bar or context menus on sites. This problem happened every time I tried to select or hover over such items with child menus. This problem started with 147.0a1 20251115204042. I bisected the problem to three patches for Bug 1998657.

Expected results:

The nested menus should have been shown in menus in the menu bar and in context menus.
